Born and raised in Jerusalem, Israel, Shy Galor Fieldust helped to establish Gaia property group in 2018, with a plethora of experience in the New York City commercial real estate sector.
 
For several years, Shy has been managing properties exceeding a total of 1500 units in New York City, with a focus in SOHO and upper Manhattan. A true multi-tasker, she currently has her own property management business alongside her position at Gaia property group as the COO and as an investment sales Broker.
 
Her confidence and commanding presence, coupled with her warmth and charm have already paid off for Shy, as she has recently closed large multi-family deals in Brooklyn and Upper East Side. She intends to continue this upward trend in her climb to becoming one of the top earners at Gaia Property Group.
 
These days, Shy serves as the President of Young Professional board For Belev Echad - An organization that helps Wounded IDF soldiers in their recovery both in the physical and emotional levels.
 
Shy served as the personal assistant to a Major General in the Israeli Army, after which, she moved to the U.S. to pursue her bachelors’ degree in Political Science and English, where she graduated with honors from City College in Manhattan. 
 
She currently resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn with her husband and Five-year-old daughter.
