As the President & CEO, Alon has driven success in innovating the Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant in Colorado from inception to implementation. Within a short span, Alon has expanded this unique fast-casual restaurant chain to 30+ locations across 10 states. He has provided leadership to 19+ corporate stores as well as 11 franchise-owned locations, and has achieved year-over-year growth with new openings to increase locations to over 30 within a period of 7 years. He has directed all business operations including budgeting, cost control, hiring & training, payroll, accounting functions, sales forecasting, and growth objectives.

Well recognized for judicious use of resources and implementing cost containment measures, Alon’s work has been instrumental in expanding Panera Bread operations to over 25 bakeries-cafés. He has managed all startup operations from concept to completion including locating properties, hiring, training, vendor management, and budgeting. On a continual basis, Alon has elevated profits through implementing cost containment measures and monitoring food, labor, and controllable costs. With MMM Business Consulting and Development, Ltd, Alon has managed functions for (7) cafes and has achieved annual sales in excess of $4.5M, while achieving profitability within 7 months of inception.

Alon’s career includes various leadership roles, where he was strategically recruited to inspire confidence and champion initiatives to achieve goals outlined in the association’s strategic plan. He is equipped with sound knowledge in organizational structures & culture, business process, marketing expansions & demographics, and performance measurement. During the past two decades, Alon has demonstrated success in leading franchise operations, driving profitability, fast-paced business growth, and facilitating sustainable change within restaurant & consumer product goods industries.

Within the industry, Alon is able to instill vision to achieve company goals and surpass profit expectations while maintaining quality, safety, and customer service integrity through total quality management. He is skilled in promoting, expediting and maximizing performance of short- and long-range objectives. He has initiated change management strategies and enforced corporate policies and procedures resulting in more efficient operations, better-trained staff, and improved customer service.
