Dr. Nurit Eyal hold a PhD from the Weizmann Institute of Science, department of Chemical Immunology. She is a serial entrepreneur, who founded few biotechnology startups in different fields including molecular diagnostics of genetic diseases and cancer, new vaccines and innovative drugs and published several patents. Dr.

Eyal served as Head of Life Sciences investments in Pamot VC and Yozma VC and was a business development consultant for international companies as well as Israeli companies in the arena of life sciences.

Dr. Eyal joined the Ministry of Economy to establish and manage the Israel National Brain Gain Program in the Ministry of Economy. The program was launched in June 2013. It is a joint collaboration of the Ministry of Absorption, the Ministry of Economy, the Finance Ministry and the Planning and Budgeting Committee of the Council for Higher Education. The program is led by the Chief Scientists of the Ministry of Economy.
