Dana Weiss is one of Israel’s most trusted and decorated journalists, serving as Channel 2's Chief Political Analyst and host of the "Saturday Evening News with Dana Weiss", Israel's most watched news program.

Weiss first joined Channel 2 in 1993 as the Legal Affairs Correspondent and has since covered eight national election campaigns. Weiss led a political roundtable show and current affairs magazine ('05), co-hosted the critical late-night news magazine Punch Line ('07- '08), and anchored special coverage of Israel's withdrawal from Gaza ('05), the Second Lebanon War ('07) and more recent Gaza wars ('08 and '12).
