Noya  Gilad Berkovitch was born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel. She served in the IDF as an educational NCO. After graduating law school she completed an internship at the district attorney's office in Tel Aviv and then pursued a position practicing civil law at Shai Gilad law firm.

Currently, Noya is the director at the Israeli house in Miami, an extension of the ministry of Aliya and Immigration, where she focuses on assisting the Israelis in Florida. She has been serving in this capacity for the past two years.
