Hana Rado is an accomplished advertising executive, a social business entrepreneur, a liberal feminist, a motivational speaker and a Zionist, who dedicates her life to promoting both gender balance worldwide and occupational growth in Israel’s remote peripheries.

Besides her role as Vice Chairwoman at Mccann Tel Aviv – Israel's leading advertising agency, Mrs. Rado is also the Founder & President of SUPERSONAS – a social organization aimed at promoting gender balance in influential and decision making platforms. She also serves as Founder & Chairwoman of DESERT 19 – an outsourcing agency in the heart of the Israeli desert in Mitzpe-Ramon; and Founder & Chairwoman of McCann Valley – a groundbreaking and award-winning digital agency in Mitzpe-Ramon.

Mrs. Rado holds both a Bachelor's degree in Biology and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
