Gal Hayon, originally from Israel and raised in Kiryat Yam, possesses extensive experience in the creative field. At the young age of 15, Gal established his first business, offering production services for municipalities, schools, private events, and corporate functions. Additionally, Gal has successfully developed and overseen a theater and performing arts program catering to hundreds of children and teenagers.

In 2017, Gal relocated to Las Vegas, driven by his passion. It was during this time that he encountered the IAC (Israeli American Council) and decided to contribute as a volunteer counselor for Keshet. After two years, he advanced to the position of program manager. Over the past three years, Gal has spearheaded the remarkable production of various events for IAC Las Vegas, including "Celebrate Israel," "Adloyada," "Miracle Park" for Hanukkah, and more.
